We love this question and you’re in the right place. Making the switch is as easy as buying and starting to use as normal. For some people, it can take a few weeks for the product to be effective; we call this the ‘detox period’. Basically, your body can require 2-4 weeks to release what is blocked in the pores from using aluminum based products (often for years). The good thing is that you can still use this product during the detox period, but you may need to re-apply during the day. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original carton packaging – we do not accept returns of used or tested items.

You will be refunded the full amount of the items, minus a $5 handling fee to cover restocking. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

When inserting your new refill pod, it's important to take your used deodorant out, but twisting the top of the container anti clockwise and the bottom of the container in the opposite direction, which will make the infill pop out. When you go to put in your refill, line the tracks of the container with the spike of the pod and twist until you hear a subtle click. Or click here for more support on how to refill.

This depends on how much you use it and re-apply or if you have a decent amount of hair under your pits. On average, it will last 8+ weeks.

Dulesé was formulated and tested to ensure that you can wear your favorite tight black top without the stains. We are confident that if any formula was to transfer on your clothes, it would easily wash out.

Dulesé isn’t antiperspirant as we don’t use aluminum salts in our deodorant. This is because we think sweating is a natural and important function. Instead, our deodorant contains alternative ingredients such as:

Sustainability is a bit of a loaded term these days, so we want to be really clear on how we see sustainable practices at Dulesé. Our commitment to protecting the planet and our people flows through everything we do. Our packaging is designed to last a lifetime, as we believe in buying good things once and reusing them. This is why our packaging is created from PCR (post consumer plastic - so essentially plastic that already exists on planet earth) plastics and built to be refilled with our refill pods (which are curb side recyclable here in NZ).

We hold our suppliers to high manufacturing standards to ensure we are supporting ethical operations. Our supply chain ensures fair wages and proper working conditions for all suppliers throughout.

Our products are crafted from PCR (post consumer recycled) plastic materials including recovered ocean plastic.
